Payment

All orders can be paid safely through bank transfer, Paypal or credit card. All of this ways are secure, the page staff do not have access to the bank accounts or credit card details.

Returns and refunds

All products, except the ones made specifically for a customer can be returned. To do so, customers have to send at prepaid shipping the products in perfect state and well protected to the given address when the return are requested by the customers. All custom duties will have to be paid by the end customers, the packets have to be received with no custom duties specially from the UK.

Custom duties.

The Vanishing Cabinet is nor responsible for paying custom duties it does not matter the country. When you order products on the page, we can ship in 1 or more shipments in order not to exceed the maximum amount in order to avoid custom duties. NO custom duties will be accepted in the returns either.

Note for UK customers 

Since January the 1st UK is not part of the EU, this means that shipments can be subjetcted to custom duties. All custom duties will have to be paid by the end customer, The Vanishing Cabinet will attend no expenses related to custom duties neither in the shipment nor in the returns.
